The ThreadGauge Mobile is a mobile set which is absolutely reliable for manual, motordriven thread inspection. Its test cycle, which is up to 50% faster compared to conventional methods, makes it possible to retrace and reproduce the statement on the quality of any thread examined under constant conditions at any time.

ThreadCam

Non-contact checking of internal threads by means of laser camera technology: fast, highly precise, suitable for series. For the first time, it is possible to measure inside a thread with a camera probe using the new technique developed by htg.

The ThreadGauge XL was developed especially for checking threads with large diameters. The system can be run stand alone or integrated in a production line.
